Happy new year!

Journal Entry: Tue Jan 10, 2017, 2:49 PM
Hello everyone,

I wish you all a happy new year! May you all be blessed!
2016 was a very turbulent year with many challenges and changes. I am a mommy now and this is the reason, why I didn't have so much time. Currently I still don't have time to do more than one artwork in two months, because the job as a mommy and lead an agency besides needs all my capacity. I hope, you all can be patient with me. I am sure, there will be again a time with more spare time to do a lot of artworks.
This is also the reason, why I won't take commissions for an undefined period of time.

All the best for you all, hugs and kisses.

Artworks this year

Journal Entry: Mon Sep 12, 2016, 2:28 AM
Hello everyone!

I hope, you all had a good summer. Here in Germany I get the impression, the summer slightly moves from the span June-August to July-October. Anytime we will have summer in winter when it continues that way we will wear shorts at christmas. ;-)

As you already have realized, I haven't posted so much recently. Due to a few changes in private and my agency this year it is not possible for me to upload more than one artwork in 2 months. Next year I surely can do more. Last year was truly an exception for having that much time to draw. Sometimes real life forces me to do other things - I guess, you all know, what I am talking about. Good artworks need creativity and time and i rarely have both at the moment.

For all those, who like to see more Kakashi Art:
Now and then I will do the one or other art, but not so many artworks as last year. I am sorry for all who waited for many more art. It is not possible for me right now.
I want to go on with my serie of "Scott Lynchs books - The Gentlemen Bastards", because I have stopped to do the rest of the characters 2 years ago. For the release of the fourth book will be this year (I hope) I will do a few more portraits of the main characters.

So far. Be blessed and take care!

Theft is a common sport ...

Journal Entry: Wed Feb 24, 2016, 4:55 PM
Recently a lot of people steal my artworks and use them without permission or sell it. For this reason I came to the conclusion that I won't uload high resolution pictures in the futureanymore, because I have no mood to track down some criminals, who have no respect and being outrageous at all. Sorry for all, who love my art and always want to see good quality. It is sad, that I have to do this because of stupid people, who cannot read or flout copyright and permission and acting illegal without blinking an eye. Often especially NARUTO fanart was stolen. And also good friends of mine with good art have those problems. No respect these days. Can't believe it ....but it is true. Therefore sorry, when I won't upload my pictures in high resolution anymore.

I am very sorry, but I hope, you can understand it. Thank you.

Asking for help ...

Journal Entry: Mon Feb 1, 2016, 6:23 AM
Every time it is interesting, why random people use my artworks without asking. This time on twitter. I would be glad, if some of you can tweet back to them, that it is not ok to modify others artwork and removing the signature and post it, as if it is their own: twitter.com/derpdream

Thank you for your help!

Short note for commissions ...

Journal Entry: Thu Oct 1, 2015, 8:26 AM
Hello again,

I said that I will write a journal, when I will take commissions again.
I have thought it over a long time, what kind of commissions I will do in the future and I came to the following conclusion:

My main aspect (I always prefer) will be illustration for:
- Bookcovers
- Characters (no OCs related to an existing manga or Anime)
- The one or other fanart (but I am very picky due to lack of time ... sorry)

Sorry for all, who have askes about Fan couples or OCs from Naruto. Since I haven't made that good experiences with drawing Canon and OC couples or weird crossovers, I decline every request for that.

One thing is also important for me:
I only take PAID commissions. When I draw something out of friendship, it is up to me.
My prices begin in three-digit area. So just ask for commissions, when this is no problem for you.
I can offer all styles I have in my gallery. The more realistic and the more details an artwork has, the costlier it is.

I guess, I can do 2-3 commissions the next time.

DeviantArtists Questionnaire

Journal Entry: Wed Aug 12, 2015, 10:38 AM

1. How long have you been on DeviantArt?

For 8 years now, but i paused over 3 years submitting anything. Actually you can say, I am 5 years on Deviantart continuously.

***

2. What does your username mean?

The first name is a shortcut of my real name. The second "Blank" is the meaning for an empty sheet on which hasn't be painted or written on yet. It is the part of my way in life I don't know until now.

***

3. Describe yourself in three words.

too. many. ideas.

***

4. Are you left or right handed?

Right handed. I once tried to draw and write left handed, but it is really difficult. I managed it, but I needed a lot of time and a lot of patience.

***

5. What was your first deviation?

OUH ..... Actually I just joined DA because of a friend and I did her this Fanart:
Sasuke and Sakura by KejaBlank

Can't help but telling you, that I finally come back to this Manga-series and it catched me again like a storm! I guess, you can see it in my gallery lately *-______-*. Maybe I recrate this artwork some day. I am not really proud of this one....-_____-.

***

6. What is your favourite type of art to create?

Realism, Semirealism
I always want to create something emotional, what relates to the soul of the one, who is looking at my art. I think, it is neccessary, that a drawing or painting has some kind of soul, who touches a certain point of the heart. It doesn't matter, if it is funny, sad, storytelling, disgusting, epic, cute, .....
As long I can tell a story with it, I managed to do something good.

***

7. If you could instantly master a different art style, what would it be?

Concept design  in rough style but percisely... how to explain?
I love when someone is able to do a picture in a few quick lines which looks perfectly and alive with just a few strokes. I am on the contrary a detail lover and this is my challenge all time.

I love concept designs for characters and environment, ships, situations... they are painted rough, but anyhow percisely and colouful and alive. These artists manage details with just a few strokes and this is what impresses me. I always like to see "Making Of"- Books of games or movies. It is an enormeous inspiration for my own skill to get better.

***

8. What was your first favourite?

Gaara Running by Sandfreak
This was the first favourite because in this time I read the volumes of the manga NARUTO the first time.
A favourite for me is a favourite, when I have this "first-second-experience". You see an artwork and inside you your soul tells you right the first second: WOW!
This can be different types of artworks. As long as it tells me a story or has a special athmosphere which touches me, I fave an artwork.

***

10. Who is your all-time favourite deviant artist?

Though to answer actually....., because it is a mix between many artists. I have not ONE special artist. And with the years it varied a lot, bacause I tried different styles and due to this I orientate myself on different artists.

But here are some artists, who had a special impact to me:

:iconmichael-c-hayes:
I love his percise way to draw people and the way he uses the colour.

:iconkerembeyit:
He has a unique style which is always recognizeable.

:iconjasonengle:
He also has a unique style I love very much.

:iconcharlie-bowater:
She has very emotional paintings

:iconalicexz:
The way she uses colour is just incredible.

:iconanry:
I love his style and compositions. All his artworks look so real.

:iconnesskain:
I  love especially his sketches. Each single piece is fantastic.

:iconaltair-creed:
She has a very gorgeous way to write fanfiction and to capture the character as it is! Incredible stories.

:iconkanzzzaki:
I love how she captures emotions of a single moment.

One artist, who had an deep impact on me, is not on DA. He is also from Germany and a very well known artist in France as well.

I could list many many more here ....

***

11. If you could meet anyone on DeviantArt in person, who would it be?

I met them one week ago!!!! FINALLY!
:iconkanzzzaki: :iconnii--yugito:
Never thought I will have such a strong friendship so far away from my country!
It was one of the best experiences in my life! Those two are a constant inspiration for me.

***

12. How has a fellow deviant impacted your life?

Actually it was a single commission, what causes a queue of coincidences (I call it miracles) that leads me to get to know :iconkanzzzaki: and later :iconnii--yugito:. I never thought, that I would draw two persons so many artworks because of friendship. I never did that before. And actually ... I still can't explain it yet. It is still a miracle for me. I call it WAVELENGTH!

***

13. What are your preferred tools to create art?

pencil and ink pen in traditional on a sketchpad
wacom intuous 5 touch tablet and Photoshop CS6 in digital

***

14. What is the most inspirational place for you to create art?

I have no special place. The inspiration comes to me everywhere. But I really love to draw when I sit in bed deep in the night. Best time for drawing ever!!!!!!

***

15. What is your favourite DeviantArt memory?

Oh, good question, let me think .....
There were many good moments, especially when I got my first DD.
My best memory I already described. But one memory in this story was also very special:
I did a commission for :iconjinsake: in december. It should be a birthday present for her boyfriend. They are both into Naruto cosplay. We had a few chats until her boyfriend tells me he want to make a proposal as Kakashi to his girlfriend (who commissioned me). He was very nervous and hoped that all would turn out perfectly. Later they sent me the video of the proposal. He proposed to her on the stage on a anime convention before the audience and she broke out in tears of joy! She never expected that!  And sure, she said YES!

Now you know a little bit more of me .... :D

Short hint!

Journal Entry: Mon Jul 6, 2015, 6:11 AM
Hello you all,

I thought, it is time to write a new short journal.

Recently a lot of devaints have asked me about commissions. WOW!
In general I pause with commissions in Summer, because I love to go out, when the sun is shining and don't want to sit before my computer ^^. It is like charging the low battery of my soul with a lot of sun rays .... I urgently need this ...ENERGYYYYYY!!!!!! XD

One thing, when it comes to Fanart commissions:
I rarely do fanart commissions except it is something I also think it is interesting to me. The most fanart commissions I am just doing for good friends/presents due to lack of time. It often depends on the request and my time and muse. And as you know - the inspiration!

I am sorry for all, who want to commission me and I have to decline. I am always happy to recieve a note or a mail with a request. But it is impossible for me to do it all. I hope that is understandable and you are patient with me. I guess, I can take the one or other commission in October. But until then I pause.
I will write a journal, when I open commissions again!

Thank you all for your understanding!
