This is Kvothe of Patrick Rothfuss' magnificant novel "THE NAME OF THE WIND". I only draw characters of a book, if they're fascinating me. This is such a character.

It's the scene, when he travels towards Imre, the night at the campfire, when he asked Josn for his lute to play. One of the most emotional scenes in the book beneath the scene, when he performs at EOLIAN, followed by his first pronouncing of the name of the wind.

Enjoy it! Guess I took ca. 10 hours to do this picture.

Hah, few minutes ago I was outdoors under my huge cherry tree reading "The Wise Man's Fear", now I came in and just hopped into your gallery at random. Never thought I'd be seeing an awesome portrait of Kvothe in here :D The book is truly fascinating, when I open it I often forget to close it for hours....
