I totally fall in love with a photo a few days ago. And suddenly there was an idea born. And this is the result of it, an artwork with Connor and Aveline kissing. I loved the idea of making a couple scene, because noone else did one with that two until now. So I decided to do so. Maybe it's a intimate date after a battle and they couldn't wait to rip each others clothes off.
So imagine yourself, what would happen next ... and ... enjoy it!
EDIT:In consequence of a few problems I decided to close comments. Now I give it a try and open it again!
Here I will give a few reasons, for why I did close the comments here for a while:
Many deviants complain about the fact, that I used a photo as reference to do that picture... what is correct. I never denied this. At the beginning I posted a link to that photo. Then a handful people where bothered by it, how I can do so, although I have asked the photographer for permission! So, no matter if I post a link or not, they are bothered, too. So I decided to close comments.
But I want to remind those people by something: So many people use reference for their art also here on deviantart (and also highskilled artists, I know from here), the others only don't know, that there are photos for reference used, even traced, because this photos are not from deviantart and everyone sighed "AH" and "OH" and have lack of knowledge. Reference is for learning, practising to get better. Even Leonardo Da Vinci did this. I know a lot of users here, who do this and don't comment that rude as some do/did here.
Well, these days I got the feeling. it is some kind of sport to turn down other artists. Must be very satisfying to spread gossip! A grown up would ask me directly in a note, but I know the "gossip-way" is so much easier. And it is so much more fun! And it works fabulous, as I can see. It's like a bad worldpress, in which the most peole believe with pleasure, when they have no life or for lack of anything better to do. Instead of dig out the real important cases: Many people steal artworks from here for facebook, youtube videos or another video plattforms or rather using original pictures from others for their own like wallpapers from great corporations and post it on tumblr without permission everywhere (of course, without crediting the artist), or even worse, sell it ... and that is not ok!
"No, turn down the mouse instead of the fox". Otherwise it would cause problems."
But is it here about reference or tracing? I don't think so. It's just pretense for lack of anything or jealousness. But is that really the point? I won't never sell this picture, I just do another artwork on base of this wonderful kiss photo (link posted below), that people can enjoy, nothing more. I am not allowed to sell this picture (because the characters belong to ubisoft, plus, I do not own the photo). I know about, what is allowed in this case and what not. It's my business every day! Ignorance is no excuse in law. I use it as reference (as a few artist have done in deviantart in past, because that photo is really really amazing). And btw, I don't rely on high praises or something for it, coz it's not my best work but a quick inspiration, nothing more. I hope I have make clear my point of view. If you have further questions, leave me a note and don't discuss here in childish talk. I would appreciate that. Thank you.
BTW, ... when I have nothing to say or have lack of knowledge I better have to shut up!
Das ist ein wirklich sehr schön in Szene gesetztes Bild. Sehr dynamisch und unfassbar lebendig. Mir gefallen Bilder selten auf Anhieb so gut. Sehr gut gemacht. Deshalb wandert es direkt in meine Favoriten .
My, it's certainly getting hot in here. It's wonderfully done and the I love the sensual details and texture that makes it so sexy and romantic at the same time. It would perfect for a romance novel, the good ones, not the trashy ones.

I suppose they'd whine about practising with a live model as well
Fantastic. I really enjoy this
